Single User License

A single user license to Fetch is $29 (U.S., sales tax or VAT not included).

Multi-User Licenses

Prices for multi-user licenses are as follows (all prices in U.S. currency, and do not include sales tax or VAT):

• $29 per user for 2–9 users
• $24 per user for 10–99 users (20% discount)
• $18 per user for 100–999 users (40% discount)
• $12 per user for 1,000 or more users (60% discount)

Note: After you place your order, you will receive a single serial number. Download a copy of Fetch and enter that serial number. You can then distribute copies of the application to the users covered by the license.

Methods of Payment

With a credit card

• Buy Fetch online and your serial number will be displayed and emailed to you. If you haven’t already, download Fetch, install it and enter your serial number.
• Call us at (+1) 952-908-4090 and place your order over the phone. Your serial number will be emailed to you.

With a PayPal account

Buy Fetch online and your serial number will be displayed and emailed to you. If you haven’t already, download Fetch, install it and enter your serial number.

With a check from a U.S. bank

Fill out our order form and mail your check, which must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Your serial number will be emailed and mailed to you.

With a purchase order

You can either fill out our order form, fax your Purchase Order to (+1) 603-619-0397, or mail it to Fetch Softworks, P.O. Box 72, Etna, NH 03750. We accept purchase orders on Net-30 terms. Your serial number will be emailed and mailed to you.

With a non U.S. check

Visit the Fetch Softworks Kagi store and purchase a license with a non-U.S. check or non-U.S. currency. Your serial number will be emailed to you.

Upgrading to Fetch 5.5

Upgrade Now!

Sure, you’re happy with the Fetch version you have now, but do you know what you’re missing? Fetch 5.5 has dozens of new features and bug fixes, and takes maximum advantage of the latest Mac OS X releases. Upgrading is easy and inexpensive — for a single user, upgrades are just $10 or might even be free!

Eligibility & Pricing

If you purchased a Fetch license after January 28, 2009, you qualify for a free upgrade. You can download Fetch 5.5 free of charge and your serial number will work with it.

If you purchased a Fetch license on or before January 28, 2009, upgrades to Fetch 5.5 are $10 for a single user (all prices in U.S. currency, and do not include sales tax or VAT).

For multiple users, upgrade prices are:

• $10 per user for 2–9 users
• $8 per user for 10–99 users (20% discount)
• $6 per user for 100–999 users (40% discount)
• $4 per user for 1,000 or more users (60% discount)

Users with an educational- or charitable-use license can download and use Fetch 5.5 free of charge.

How to purchase an upgrade

Fill out the upgrade form. You will need your current serial number name and serial number; instructions for finding them are also on the form.

Resellers

To place an order with credit card, resellers should buy Fetch online and enter the customer name in the Company field to ensure that the generated serial number matches the end user.

To place an order with a purchase order, resellers may either fill out our order form, email the purchase order, or fax it to (+1) 603-619-0397. We accept purchase orders on Net-30 terms.
