4.0.2 doesn't recognize 4.0.1 serial (2 posts)

    downloaded and installed 4.0.2

    It does NOT recognize my 4.0.1 serial as valid even when I copy paste from my email receipt.

    How can I activate 4.0.2

    Make sure you are entering the Serial Number Name from your emailed receipt in the Name field (this may be your company name). Also, make sure there aren't any stray spaces, tabs, or returns before or after the name or serial number.

    If none of that works, send an email to support@fetchsoftworks.com including what you are entering in the Name and Serial Number fields.
