  Hi.

  We've been having issues with our server, so I "think" that is where the problem might be, but I thought I'd go ahead and ask in case anyone can give any suggestions. Basically, I can no longer upload files to ftp sites that I recently was able to. I use Fetch 5.7.3 on a Mac OS 10.7.5. I CAN upload to our internal server, oddly enough. Here's the transcript:

  Hi,

  This does look like a server issue. The server shows you as having permission to upload files in the /www/3450 folder, but when you try it says "Access is denied". I would talk to the server administrator.

  So, here's a follow-up question... since ALL my ftp destinations are saying that (except for the internal one), would it be safe to assume it's an issue with the server on my end?

  I just find it odd that ALL my ftp destinations would stop working right about when we started having internal server issues as well.

  If you are getting that error on servers outside your company network, and not on a server that is inside your company network, that does suggest that the company network firewall is blocking the transfers.

  Can you upload a file to the incoming folder at ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave Username and Password blank to login)? You should get an error when you enter the incoming folder, but then you should be able to upload files.

  Thanks again.

  I tried the ftp you suggested, got the error message, clicked OK, then tried to transfer a test file only to get the Access is Denied message.

  So, does that mean it's a firewall issue on my server?
