"550: permission denied" on a png file (2 posts)

    Hi, when I tried to upload modified pages on my website I got an "550: permission denied" error message on a file that I never touched, and now everything seems to have crashed! I can't have access to my site through any brpowser...
    Could someone help me please? I'm kind of despaired.

    Some information that would help figure out what is wrong:

    What is the URL of your site?

    What file were you uploading when the problem happened?

    Can you try to upload that file again and post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window afterwards?
