    I am trying to upload files to my company ftp sie and I'm getting an"Access Denied" error. The same computers (all macs) that I've been having these errors on all used to connect to the ftp sitewithout problems when they were at a previous location; now that I'm in a new location I keep getting this error. I have no trouble connecting, I just can't upload. I've tried setting the permissions, but the server does not understand them. Any ideas?

    Can you post (or email to support@fetchsoftworks.com) the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you try an upload? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open it.
