Hi, I can't log in a server that requiert to use my email as a password.
I can do it with the same settng with transmit.

How can I do this with fetch ?

It used to be a convention to send your email address when connecting to anonymous FTP sites, but more recently that has been seen as an opportunity for harvesting email addresses for spam email lists. So Fetch 4.0 was changed to send "fetch@" as the anonymous FTP password, regardless of what was entered in the Password field.

It sounds like this site actually requires that you send your email address, and Fetch's new behavior does not provide a way to do that. The next release of Fetch will only send fetch@ when the Password field is left blank; otherwise it will send what you type.

    Thanks,

So for now I can't connect to this server with fetch ?
I'll have to wait for the next release or I'll have to use another client instead ?

That's right; you can use Fetch 3.0.3 or another FTP client. I hope to have Fetch 4.0.2 (which doesn't have this problem) available for testing in March.

    Thanks,
