Another, slightly different - Not seeing files that have been posted (2 posts)

  Hi,

  I use fetch to upload files - while I send my clients to a web page to download.
  The web page of the service I use lists all the files but recently (last week or so) I am not able to see any files on any of the accounts that I use.

  I went through a variety of the posts here but did not come across the same issue that I was having in the script.

  I do wish to continue to use your great product. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi,

  This looks like a problem with the server; you should contact the folks who run it and ask them to look into it. (The webpage almost certainly uses a different method other FTP to get the list of files, so that is probably why it still works - it looks like the problem is with the FTP interface.)
