AOL ftp via tcp/ip (3 posts)

    I'm trying to get to my AOL ftp space via TCP/IP at work using Fetch. I keep getting "Error on password: User wgcheshieraccess denied." I have tried while connected to aol (via TCP/IP) and while disconnected.
    Can this be done?

    According to the instructions at http://members.aol.com/ftpmaster/external_applications.htm you want to leave the User ID field blank and put your email address (yourscreenname@aol.com) in the Password field. Does that work?
