    I have a user, which can't connect my ftp-server, it is Argosoft ftp-server

    Here is the failure:

    Does the user have a firewall? Can he try passive mode (by checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences)?
