    Hi,

I'm hoping you may have a log of those who have
already purchased Fetch ... as I need to download
and re-install (without having to buy it a second time).

    Thanks, Deb

I have a new computer and need to reinstall Fetch. I purchased Fetch 4.0.3. Education but is no longer supported. Suggestions?

You can download Fetch from http://fetchsoftworks.com and enter your serial number when you are prompted. If you don't have your serial number, fill out the form at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/serial and we'll look it up.

    Thanks,

    To reinstall:

    1) Quit Fetch
    2) Drag your copy of Fetch to the Trash
    3) Download a new copy of Fetch from http://fetchsoftworks.com
    4) Install the new copy

Let me know if you run into any problems!

Thanks, Jim. I'll be doing this tomorrow - on a new computer. The Fetch site will recognize me?

The first time you run Fetch it will ask you for your serial number. If you've lost that info, fill out the form at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/serial and we'll look it up for you.
