    Hello,

I'm having trouble deleting some files using fetch. I get a error that says "Fetch could not open the folder because the FTP server says that the requested item was not a folder or could not be accessed"

I looked at some of the other posts and I do have "Use List-al command checked.

    Here is my transcript:

    Hi Jay,

It looks like the server is telling Fetch that it cannot open the folder "images" (inside the "Worn-1" folder). I don't see that you or Fetch are doing anything wrong, so I think it must be some problem with the server.

You should contact your hosting provider (the folks who run the server) and ask if they can delete the folder for you, and if they can tell you why an FTP client might have a problem deleting it.

Sorry not to have an immediate solution for you. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
