    Hello, my friend,
    I tried to update my Fetch to 5.5 with the coupon I received in my email. Got everything done CORRECTLY in the order form using VISA card for payment, but upon submitting it an error message came back saying that the security number on my credit card is incorrect. So I reviewed it and resubmitted, but same error message came back. I called my credit card provider and verified my credit card is VALID. The credit card company said there must be something wrong at your end.

    What say you?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I am sure your credit card is fine. We have been experiencing some minor problems with our purchase processor, while the vast majority of the transactions go through successfully, there have been a handful that have not.     I purchased Fetch 5.5 upgrade on line and when I put in the name and serial number it comes up with an error, incorrect name and or serial number. What's up?

    I just checked my card account transactions and the "Description' reads ES*WWW.ESLR8.COM 402-325-4541 NE", which is not what it is supposed to read according to your web site. I still can get past the Key on the installation process. Help!

    Hi Herb,

    Apparently our payment processor changed what they send to your card as the name of the transaction; we'll look into that. But I assure you that is fine; the name of our processor is eSellerate.

    Most likely you are making an error when typing in either the serial number name or serial number; you need to enter the serial number name exactly as it appears. If you'll send us an email that includes your name and the email address you used to order to:

    bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

    I'll verify your serial number information to make sure there are no problems.

    I was installing FETCH 5.5 as that is the name of the download that came from your site.

    I checked the serial number name and serial number and they are correct.
    I did that twice and again. No luck.

    Your email receipt says that the description for the transaction should read "DRI*FETCH SOFTWORKS"
    I will try again. Looking at the receipt, I will enter my name first then my serial number name then my serial number and see if that works!

    I COPIED AND PASTED THE SERIAL NUMBER NAME AND NUMBER INTO THE KEY BOX AND IT WORKED.
    IT'S INSTALLED.

    I'm glad you got Fetch working.

    Yes, I understand about the difference between what the website says and what you received; we are looking into it, however, I assure you that you do not need to be concerned by the discrepancy. The two different transaction descriptions refer to the same company (our payment processor).
