Cannot complete the upgrade form (7 posts)

    Hello
    I am trying to buy the 5,5 upgrade with the coupon I received.
    Arriving at the end of the form, I could not find any exit after step 3 to complete the purchase with my visa card.
    am I that blind ?

    Hi Hervé,

    There should be a dark blue Continue button at the bottom of the form, just below the "VAT ID" field in step 3.

    Could you please try again, and if you still do not see a Continue button, tell us which web browser you are using, and which version?

    I am using Firefox 3.0.10
    with macosx tiger 4.11 on a macpro intel

    Hi Hervé,

    I'm glad to hear Safari works for you.

    I have checked with Firefox 3.0.0.10 on my Mac OS X 10.4.11 Mac, and the Continue button shows up, so we're not sure why it's not showing up for you, but we'd like to look into it a little.

    If you're willing, could you please go view the form again in Firefox, scroll down to the end, take a screenshot of the entire browser window, and send it to us at:

    Rather than add another thread...

    The download button on the upgrade final page via CC presented me with an error from SpeedDownload saying there was no URL provided (6/4/2009). Went to the 'trial' download and it worked fine. May be it's just me. ;-)

    Thanks for the info - we haven't had other reports of problems with that button, but we'll keep an eye on it.
