Cannot connect to my webserver (4 posts)

When I try to connect to my webserver, I get this error dialogue:
"Server responded: "OOPS: cannot change directory:/home/vsftpd/biomark77"

    Where biomark77 is my username.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Jason,

The "OOPS cannot change directory" error indicates a problem with the server.

You should contact the people or company who run the server and ask them to look into it.

Please let us know if you have further questions after talking to them.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Jason,

This isn't related to your original problem (which I hope the server company has fixed for you by now), but we noticed some anomalies in the transcript you posted - Fetch should not be checking for updates every minute, as your transcript shows it's doing. We'd like to look into this to make sure there isn't a bug in Fetch's check for update code.

If you'd be willing to gather some info to help us look into this, could you please send email to us at bugs@fetchsoftworks.com?

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
