  it tells me that the volumes cannot be found.
  I have not gotten a reply from customer support after two attempts. I DO need help ASAP...please

  Hi,

  I'm sorry you have not heard back from customer service promptly.

  We'd like some more information to help us figure out what the problem is.

  Has Fetch worked for you in the past and suddenly stopped working, or did it not work after you installed it?

  Which version of Fetch are you trying to open?

  And what is the complete text of the error message?
