I cannot see the /usr/ directory in the root folder. I tried the solution on - http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/messageboard/files-are-there-but-fetch-cant-see-em - to no luck. I also sent the command LIST -al under the
Remote > Send Ftp commands menu. How do I see these hidden files. We are on a dedicated server and should have no problem seeing them.

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you try to view that folder?

    Thanks,

    Jim,

Our administrator gave me the root password and using the sftp
I can see all the files now.

    Thank You,
    Jason
