The most likely explanation is that the files were uploaded to the wrong folder on the server. Could you upload your site again, and then choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and email the contents to bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com? It would also help to know the URL of your website. I'll take a look and let you know what I find out.

I wish to update my site but my free trial Fetch just will not do it. I've checked with my ISP that my username, password etc are correct and I click the 'put' button. Everything seems to work fine but when I check the site, there is no change. Any suggestions?
