I just upgraded to OSX 10.3.2. When I try to connect to shortcuts using Fetch this morning, I get the error, "Server response: Can't build data connection: Operation already in progress."
This happens with all connections to any server.
    Any idea what's up?

On further poking at it, I see that only one connection gives the data connection error. All others just hang, and the little dog runs and runs and runs.

Here's the data connection error transcript:

Checking Passive Mode Transfer allows me to connect.
