    I began with a trial copy and then purchased Fetch out of it. It has never let me go back and enter my Serial Number Name and Serial Number thus I can never get a connection. Am I still in the trial, if so how do I get out and get registered to use Fetch.

    If you purchase your license from within Fetch the serial number is stored for you, so you do not have to enter it manually. You can confirm that the serial number is stored by choosing About Fetch from the Fetch menu (the Apple menu in Mac OS 8 or 9).

    There must be some other reason for the problem you've seen making a connection. Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you see a problem?
