On attempting to delete a couple directories, I get a message saying the directory is not empty.

Here is the info that appears in the transcript window...

    RMD cgi-bin
    550 cgi-bin: Directory not empty
    ftp_delete or ftp_rmdir: -30006

(I'm using 3.03 and have also tried 4.01)

    Any ideas?

You might need to set an option in Fetch 4.0.1 that uses a non-standard command to view files that are otherwise hidden. Run the following AppleScript to enable the feature:

    tell application "Fetch 4.0.1"
set use LIST minus al to true
    end tell
