If I try to download a file from an FTP account I connected to sucsessfully, I always get the message: "Server response: Sorry, insufficient credit for download - upload first".

What does that mean and what do I have to do to be able to download any files?

    Thanks for your reply!

It sounds like the server administrator wants to encourage people to contribute files as well as download them. You could contact the administrator to find out how many (and what kind) of files you need to upload before it will allow downloads.

    Jim,

As much as folks like this need help, I would hope that I'm speaking for a vast majority of the paying customers on this board that we'd much rather you were spending your time adding features or fixing bugs in the current release of Fetch rather than hand-holding some of the folks who come here looking for general (non-Fetch-related) answers.

If you need an assistant moderator to help out, I'm sure there are some of us that wouldn't mind giving you a hand. Its the least we could do to help keep you on-track. :)

Thanks for the offer -- I'm more than willing to let other people pitch in with answers to questions :). One of the main reasons I set up the message board was to let Fetch users help each other, and take advantage of all the Fetch knowledge out there.
