Can't get through (2 posts)

    I am running on a G4 PC with v9.0. Fetch 4.0 will not go past the "getting file list"
    It hits that point and simply continues to "getting file list" ; it will not move any further.
    I downloaded Fetch 4.0.1 trial version to see if that would make a difference. I had the same reaction.
    We rely heavely on Fetch and need it to work properly again.

    I would suggest checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences; does that help?
