    Hi,

    In order to give you the best advice, we'd like some more information.

    Have you been able to connect to this server successfully before, and now it has stopped working? Or is this the first time you've tried to connect to the server?

    Can you connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave the username and password blank) successfully?

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    I have two websites that I have successfully uploaded files with fetch for the past 4 years.
    This is a recent problem that occurred within the past couple of days. I'm very discouraged I tried changing my index page through my host provider also and now I have nothing. I couldn't upload a page there either.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    If you're having problems with just this particular server and have been able to access it before, you should contact the folks who run it and ask them to look into problems (especially if you tried to access it through their own services and ran into problems). Problems where a server that has been working fine suddenly stops working are almost always a problem on the server end.

    If you're having similar problems with several different servers, I would recommend trying the following:

    * Shut down your Mac.
    * Unplug your router or wireless base station.
    * Unplug your cable/DSL modem.
    * Plug the cable/DSL modem back in, and wait about a minute for it to get completely started up.
    * Then plug the router back in, and wait another minute for it.
    * Finally, start your Mac.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
