    after correctly logging into the ftp account, Fetch automatically shows a folder called 'web' - however, I need to navigate up a couple of folders in order to get to a different folder on my FTP account...

    I can't seem to navigate upward to the base directory of my FTP account, from where i can select a differnt sub-folder (this is using Fetch 3)

    btw - i say "i" can't - but am trying to tell my friend over the phone, who lives a long way away, how to navigate up a folder. i've only a peecee with me at the moment, so can't run Fetch - it's been a while since i've been at my Mac.

    i thought you could access a 'view parent folder' or something from the Remote menu, or there would be a "../" folder within the folder view??

    can anyone kindly help? much appreciated.

    Some ways to move to a parent directory are:

    * click on the pop-up menu above the file list
    * type cmd-up-arrow
    * choose "Change Directory..." from the Directories menu and enter ".."
