can't open data stream (no file list) (2 posts)

    i'm using fetch 4.0.2 for os x to try to upload pictures to my website. i can connect and other people say they can see the directories i put on there but i can't see any file listing everytime i try to request it, i get an error message that says "can't open date stream" my firewall is off" on my g4 any ideas? thanks so much for the help.

    The first thing I'd try is choosing "Preferences..." from the Customize menu and changing the setting of the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" checkbox in the FIrewall section. If that does not work could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents?
