can't see a folder that I know is in there (2 posts)

  Help! I need to download some files from a folder that a client posted on his server and I can't see that file although others can... any ideas?

  Hi,

  Please try this: connect to the server again, and then choose Refresh from the View menu (or if you are using Fetch 4, choose Refresh File List from the Directories menu).

  If that does not solve the problem, please do the following:

  * Quit Fetch.
  * Open Fetch again.
  * Connect to the server.
  * Change to the folder holding the file (if necessary).
  * Choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu
  * Copy the entire contents of the transcript window
  * Paste them into a reply to this message
  * And also tell us what the name of the file/folder you're looking for is.

  We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
