After successfully uploading for months, I suddenly am unable to upload files to a website server. The dog just runs until it times out. I am able to download files and navigate the directory - just can't upload. Passive FTP is checked. I haven't installed any new software or changed any settings that I can recall. I have a firewall but it doesn't prevent anything outgoing, only incoming. I had a hard drive error message recently, (There is a problem with the disk Macintosh HD. Some information may have been lost. Check any recently-used files for data loss, and use a disk-repair program on the disk.) but after running Disk FirstAid it now verifies with no errors. I've trashed Fetch preferences and re-booted. I've shut down and restarted the network router. Is there anything else that could be affecting Fetch if I lost some data? I don't know what else to try. Something has to have changed since the last time I used Fetch successfully...I just can't figure out what.

Can you upload to any servers? I would recommend trying to upload to the incoming directory on ftp.fetchsoftworks.com. When you connect leave the "User ID and Password fields blank. When you enter the incoming directory you'll see a "Permission denied" message in the file list -- you can ignore that.

    Thanks,
