I've been running Fetch 5.3.1 on 2 user accounts on one computer. Today I needed to rename an account and have gotten everything to work except for Fetch - it errors only on the changed account. The other (unchanged) account works correctly. I've trashed 2 prefs and a cache file, but as soon as I type in Username a pop-up error window says server is unreachable, the application freezes and I have to force quit it. I'm still able to send and receive email and access the internet on this (changed) account so I know my internet connection is good. System network debugger also shows it is good. Fetch preferences are identical between the unchanged and changed accounts. Since Fetch still works correctly on the unchanged account on this computer I am scratching my head. Any idea what hidden file needs to be tweeked to get Fetch to work again?

Funny thing is I can access the your default Fetch Softworks site!

Hi Dave,

I wonder if it's an issue with the keychain. Is there a password for the Username you're typing in the keychain?
