I want to change from my old Internet Service Provider--who set up Fetch for me---to my new self-installed DSL. My email address would be different. Can I do this myself? I am a techno-moron. Sylvie

I assume you use Fetch to maintain a website. Is the site hosted by your old ISP, as part of the dial-up account that you aren't using any more? Or is it hosted by another company? If it is hosted by another company you should not have to change anything in Fetch.

    Thanks,

Thank you Jim for the prompt reply! I am licensed for Fetch. Is that what they mean by "registered"?
I maintain a web index site for eBay pictures. It is hosted by my old ISP. I have now begun to use msn.com by Quest. Tech support at MSN say they don't host web index sites, but that Quest does. Are they the next stop on my agenda of "How to"? Or can I do this my self? Thanks!! Sylvie

Your Fetch license just lets you use Fetch; it does not register you for web hosting (we aren't a hosting provider).

It does sound like you need to set up web hosting with Qwest or someone else. I usually recommend Pair.com; their accounts start at $6/month and I've found them to be very reliable.

    Thanks,
