Ok, I'm very very new to scripting other than HTML. So when I came across a script with a tutorial attached I thought it would be the perfect place to start to learn.... the second thing it tell you to do is CHMOD 2 files.... (apparently left click on SmartFTP) I looked everywhere but cant seem to find a "CHMOD" option....is there one, where is it??

    Thanks

You want the "Set Permissions..." command in the Remote menu (chmod is the UNIX command for setting permissions). The Set Permissions dialog lets you specify the permissions by checking checkboxes, and translates the checkboxes to the equivalent chmod code.
