Computer freezes upon launch (2 posts)

    I'm a registered user of Fetch 3.0.3. It has always worked until one day I clicked to launch the app. and it froze my computer. I downloaded the 4.0.3 version and when I launch that one, my computer still freezes and I have to reboot.

    I'd remove the Fetch Prefs, Fetch Shortcuts, and Fetch Cache files from your Preferences folder. If that works you can try adding them back one by one to figure out which one was the culprit. I'd appreciate it if you mailed that one (or all three) to bugs @ fetchsoftworks.com so that we can make Fetch more resilient.
