  Hi, can you please tell me how to test my server connection here, by connecting to the Fetch server? I did this once before but now I can't locate the instructions.

  Hi,

  You can connect to our server by filling in the New Connection dialog as follows:

  Hostname: ftp.fetchsoftworks.com
  Connect using: FTP
  Username: (leave blank)
  Password: (leave blank)

  Or, you can choose the "Fetch Softworks" shortcut from the Shortcuts menu.
