  While trying to upload, a file will always take too long and then I receive this note (for example): "Fetch could not put "img.jpg" because the FTP server sent an unexpected response."

  Hi,

  Thanks for contacting us. When you next get that error could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of that window (or else submit it to http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback)? The transcript may offer clues to what is going on.
