    just purchaes fetch and I'm trying to ftp files to someone's ftp address, pass, and i.d. provided and i get an error saying that can't connect wrong password. i tried it out on my own url and it still won't connect. tried turning the proxie sever thing under customize on and off, that didn't work either. i'm kinda new to this new version, is there something i'm doing wrong? is there some sort of configuration i have to set before i get started? some one please help me out. thanks,

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you see the problem? That information should help me understand what is going on.
