Using the same server (Rumpus FTP), I am successful at downloading all sorts of sifferent file types from that server except *.m4a files. I've tried switching PASV on and off but that doesn't help. Should I be looking at the server or is this (newish) file time a known problem?

    Hi,

We'd like some more information to figure out where the problem lies.

Could you please download a .m4a file and then send us a transcript? To do this, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here.

We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,
