  I just uploaded a 110MB file to a client's FTP site. Tool about 20 minutes. When the file finally finished, the counter stalled and is now running in reverse. The filehas not appeared in their site window yet. Why is it running backwards?

  Hi,

  It sounds like the transfer stalled right at the end. I would recommend clicking the Stop button. The file may be all there on the server, but to make sure you can upload again, and this time set the "If a file already exists:" menu in the Put dialog to "Resume upload of file". That way it will upload any missing last bit of the file again.
