Everytime I try to upload any file that is larger than approximately 50K, Fetch freezes on me and the dog is left in mid-stride. Any ideas?

PS. I am connecting through AOL. Maybe this has something to do with it.

    Thanks! Howie

Do you have the problem uploading to the incoming directory on ftp.fetchsoftworks.com?

It might be useful to know what kind of modem you have.

    Thanks,

    Jim,

I tried what you suggested, and while it didn't freeze completely when uploading to ftp.fetchworks.com, it did not do a complete upload and the dog just kept running and running and running. Unfortunately, I only got to try this once, but will try again tomorrow when i have more time.

And as for the modem... I'm not sure of the exact brand, but I am using the standard 56K dail-up internal modem that came with my iMac.

I'll post the results of my second attempt to upload to fetchworks ftp when I get a chance to try again.

    Thanks for the help! Howie
