I searched on your message board for the above error message (shown in popup window after failed attempt to upload a 51MB file). I only found the posting of 12-16-2004 which was listed as about "errors -36 and -3208" but was actually about errors -32 and -3208. Please correct your search system/listing. That reply doesn't answer my question. Thanks!

    P.S. I'm using Mac OS 8.1, Fetch 3.0.3.

    Hi,

Error -36 on Mac OS 8.1 is a disk i/o error. You may want to check your hard disk with Disk First Aid to make sure there are no problems.

You should also consider trying Fetch 4.0.3, which works on Mac OS 8, to see if it fixes the problem. You can download it here: http://fetchsoftworks.com/downloads.html . (Be sure to click on the link for "Fetch 4.0.3 for Mac OS 9, Mac OS 8, and System 7.")

Let us know if neither of these suggestions solves the problem. Thanks,
