I'm usine Fetch 4.0.3 in Mac OS X2.6. I have three shortcuts I use all the time, with several directories in each one. My old fetch would hold my directories in the drag down menu. Now they keep disapearing and I have to type them in again. WHY? Can this be fixed?

Fetch drops names from the Directories menu if they haven't been visited in a month. Would you rather have them remembered for longer?

    Thanks,

I visit these directories several times a week, but I keep having to type them in again. I go to change directory and type in the new ones. Sometimes it will keep as many as four, but when I change shortcuts they all go away again.

I would like them to stay forever.

Thanks for the feedback. When you say "change shortcuts" do you mean that you're connecting to a different Host or User ID, or do you mean something else?

    Thanks,

I am also using Fetch 4.0.3 in Mac OSX2.6 and experience the same problem with the directory lists frequently clearing themselves. I regularly have several connections open to several different servers and find that the directory lists purge themselves as I switch back and forth. I find this quite annoying and inconvenient. Older versions of Fetch didn't seem to have this problem. Ideally, I would like to see directory lists which purged themselves after a configurable amount of time with the option of locking some entries so that they last forever.
