Directories showing as alias files (2 posts)

    I logged into the host server and the directories are showing as alias files.

    I tried several other FTP clients and get the same thing, but the administrator says they are directories and that the error might be in my FTP program.

    The error log when I try to open/retrieve the files are as such:
    RETR galleries
    550 galleries: No such file or directory
    ftp_retrieve: -30000 (state == GET_RETRIEVING)

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you dismiss the error message?
