Displaying Permissions (Unix/Linux) (2 posts)

Can I display all directories and files' Permissions in a column (in addition to Name, Kind, Size, Date) on the main display, or do I have to do Remote > Get Info (Cmd-I) for each file to see its Permissions setting, or Remote > View Verbose? In other words, can I make the Verbose view's Permissions column part of the default main display so I needn't have to keep repeating the command and opening up another window each time?

    TIA

    Hi,

No, currently there is not a way to display the permissions as a column in Fetch's transfer window. So the View Verbose File List command or using Get Info are your best options at this time.

Sorry not to have a better answer for you.

    Thanks,
