    Everything usually works just fine ... but today, when trying to upload a jpg image, the little dog just keeps running and never does his business.
    He works okay with htmls ... ??????

    Can you upload the image to other servers (such as the incoming folder at ftp.fetchsoftworks.com -- leave User ID and Password blank)?

    You can ignore the "Permission denied" message in the file list -- that just means that you can't see files that other people have uploaded. What happens when you try to upload to the incoming directory? Can you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window?
