  Fetch is registered to Rocco Gigante. Serial no. FETCH5FOO1-5Y2U-.... Purchased 1 27 2009. When I upgraded my computer I lost Fetch. Attempted to reinstall it via download was unsuccesful.

  Hi Rocco,

  Your license is only valid for an older version, Fetch 5.3.1.

  You can upgrade to the newest version, Fetch 5.6, for $10.00 by following this link:

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/upgrade?serial-name=Rocco+Gigante

  Note: you will have to enter your serial number. Be sure to enter zeros and not the letter O, e.g. FETCH5F001 rather than FETCH5FOO1.

  If you prefer, you can continue using Fetch 5.3.1 for no additional charge. If you need to download it again, it is available from:
