  My purchased and licensed copy of Fetch 5.73 won't open on my Macbook Pro running OS X 10.8.2. I click on the Fetch icon and the screen flashes but nothing happens and Fetch never opens.

  I checked my /var/log and found this
  2/7/13 3:00:07.854 PM com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[123]: ([0x0-0x4a04a].com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch[328]) Exited abnormally: Broken pipe: 13

  Does Fetch use my mac's Python interpreter? Because I installed a new version of Python and deleted the OSX version of Python, so maybe Fetch is looking for the Python but can't find it?

  Yes, Fetch uses the system Python. I would recommend re-installing the system Python.
