    I've downloaded the site now I need to edit it. How do I do that? (MacOSX)

    There are a variety of web page editors available for OS X, such as BBEdit, Dreamweaver and Go Live. I would ask around and/or read some reviews or try some demo copies to find one that works for your purposes.
