  When trying to log into a server I get this message. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

  Hi,

  Usually this means that either there is a problem with the server you are trying to connect to, or that there's a mistake in the connection information you're entering.

  First, double-check that you have the correct hostname and try connecting again. If you are still having problems, try connecting to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (don't enter a username or password), and see if that works.

  If you can connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com, but not your server, you should contact the owner or support for that server and find out if there is a problem with it.
