    we just transferred our intranet to a new server and now I cannot log into it with Fetch. It gives me an Error 20002.

    I can, however, get to the server on my PC, through explorer, so I know it isn't any password/user id problem.

    Please help! thank you

    You must be using Fetch 3.0.3; Fetch 4.0.2 should work without complaint. The error means that the server is sending a line of text to Fetch that is longer than 255 characters, and Fetch 3.0.3 can't deal with that. If you need to stay with Fetch 3.0.3 the server administrator should be able to wrap that long line into multiple lines. Looking in the Fetch Transcript window should reveal which server message is so long.
