    i keep getting this error too. running Mac OS x with fetch 4.

    this problem occurs when i am trying to move between directories. my files disappear from the screen, although i know they are there. please help!!

    Are you running Fetch 4.0.2? If not I recommend getting it from http://fetchsoftworks.com .
