    It is an Open Transport error, and usually means that there's a problem with the configuration of the TCP/IP control panel. But it isn't a very specific error code.

    TCP/IP should be fine - I have no problem uploading to most of the IP addresses that I use - it is just this one. What direction should I go in to troubleshoot this?

    I'd recommend checking that address. The parts of an IP address can be between 0 and 255; but your first part is 634. Maybe that was a typo?
