    i have tried to upload fetch 4.0.1 - it starts connecting but then comes up with error number
    -1 . Would anybody tell me what this means and how I can solve it if possible.

    I would recommend downloading a copy of Fetch 4.0.3 from http://fetchsoftworks.com. If you still see that error, please choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you dismiss the error window and Cancel the New Connection dialog, and post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window that appears.
